I’m really looking forward to what I have planned for our new term starting in September! Each term is packed full of creativity as we explore a wide range of artistic techniques – from building drawing skills and painting in different mediums, to sculpture, printmaking and textiles. Together we'll discover the work of both famous artists from the past and inspiring contemporary artists, learning about their styles, techniques and creative approaches before using them as a springboard for our own imaginative artwork. My aim is to encourage every child to experiment, develop new skills, build confidence in their creativity, and most importantly, have lots of arty fun along the way! Led by Niki Bell, an experienced and enthusiastic tutor, our classes provide a relaxed, supportive space to nurture creativity while developing fine motor skills and visual thinking.
