Service Description

In this workshop, we’ll start with the fundamentals of charcoal drawing, looking at the basic techniques I use to plan and begin a drawing. We’ll work through each stage of the process, building up tone, texture and detail to create a finished charcoal piece. A particular focus will be on capturing the texture of fur, exploring different charcoal techniques to create softness, direction, depth and realistic detail. Suitable for beginners and those with some drawing experience
